In the event of cancellation of tour or travel
services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons we must get a notification
email from your side. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we
receive advice by email, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour
Advance / Service Charge.
45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour Advance /
15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour Advance /
07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour Advance /
07 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour Advance /
Less than 72 hours or No Show: No Refund
Cancellation during Natural Calamities Trip Casterz will try its best to reimburse the traveler with appropriate amount against the same in case if refund is possible.
There won’t be any refund during the
festival seasons like Diwali, Pooja, Christmas, New Year and the long weekends.
The main reason behind this being, the high rate of bookings that the
hotels/resorts/houseboats have during this time. Hence they find it difficult
to adjust to the cancellations at the last moment. This can cause loss to them.
for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy.
tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s Policy.
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the Airlines Company Policy.
All refunds will be sent back to your accounts from our side within 14 working days.
We do not guarantee the time it takes for you to receive it, as it is up to your bank to process the refund.
GST paid will be deducted from the given amount in case of cancellation.
