Cancelation Policy

  1. In the event of cancellation of tour or travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons we must get a notification email from your side. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice by email, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
    1. 60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour Advance / Service Charge.
    2. 45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour Advance / Service Charge.
    3. 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour Advance / Service Charge.
    4. 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour Advance / Service Charge.
    5. 07 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour Advance / Service Charge.
    6. Less than 72 hours or No Show: No Refund
  2. Cancellation during Natural Calamities Trip Casterz will try its best to reimburse the traveler with appropriate amount against the same in case if refund is possible.
  3. There won’t be any refund during the festival seasons like Diwali, Pooja, Christmas, New Year and the long weekends. The main reason behind this being, the high rate of bookings that the hotels/resorts/houseboats have during this time. Hence they find it difficult to adjust to the cancellations at the last moment. This can cause loss to them.
  4. Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy.
  5. Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s Policy.
  6. Flight tickets cancellations will follow the Airlines Company Policy.
